Key Responsibilities
- Assist with daily accounting operations, including recording transactions and maintaining financial records.
- Prepare invoices, receipts, and basic financial reports.
- Support bank reconciliations and expense tracking.
- Handle petty cash and monitor office expenses.
- Welcome and attend to clients and visitors in a professional manner.
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct them appropriately.
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence.
- Provide administrative support to the team as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or HND in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of relevant experience (NYSC experience may be considered).
