We are seeking a dynamic and organized professional to fill a unique dual role as a Junior Accountant and Front Desk Officer. This position is crucial for maintaining our financial integrity and ensuring a welcoming environment for all our clients and visitors.

Required Skills

Key Responsibilities

Assist with daily accounting operations, including recording transactions and maintaining financial records.
Prepare invoices, receipts, and basic financial reports.
Support bank reconciliations and expense tracking.
Handle petty cash and monitor office expenses.
Welcome and attend to clients and visitors in a professional manner.
Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct them appropriately.
Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence.
Provide administrative support to the team as needed.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or HND in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
1–2 years of relevant experience (NYSC experience may be considered).
