Dezyn Cycle Ltd is seeking a skilled Site Architect to oversee the on-site execution of interior projects.

This role is crucial for ensuring that all interior fit-out and construction activities adhere strictly to design intent, maintain high-quality standards, and are completed within established timelines and budgets.

You will be responsible for supervising all on-site work, coordinating effectively with contractors, artisans, vendors, and suppliers. A key aspect of this position involves ensuring the precise implementation of architectural drawings and specifications, alongside diligent monitoring of quality, timelines, and overall workmanship.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field, coupled with 3-5 years of experience in site supervision and interior fit-out projects. Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Microsoft Office is essential, as is a strong understanding of interior detailing and construction processes. You will also play a vital role in preparing site reports, providing progress updates, and ensuring all site safety and compliance standards are rigorously maintained.
