Job Description
We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Art Director to lead visual execution across digital and offline channels for our clients. This role is perfect for a designer with strong creative direction skills, capable of translating brand vision into compelling visuals while working efficiently in a fast-paced, agency-style environment.
Key responsibilities include leading the creation of high-quality visual designs for brand campaigns, social media, and promotional materials. You will develop and maintain comprehensive brand guideline documents to ensure consistency, design branding mockups, campaign assets, and visual concepts aligned with brand identity. Additionally, you'll create and oversee motion graphics for digital campaigns and design UI/UX interfaces for websites and landing pages, focusing on usability and conversion. Coordination of print material production, including catalogues, billboards, and banners, is also a core part of this role. You will collaborate closely with creative, marketing, and production teams to ensure seamless execution and maintain high design standards while managing multiple projects.

Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Art Director or Senior Designer, preferably within an advertising agency
- Strong portfolio showcasing branding, digital design, motion graphics, and UI/UX work
- Proficiency in industry-standard tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc.)
- Solid understanding of design principles, visual storytelling, and brand consistency
- Experience handling both digital and print production workflows
- Ability to think creatively while executing with precision and speed
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Abuja-based candidates are strongly preferred
- Not for junior designers or execution-only creatives
- Must be able to confidently lead visual direction and deliver high-level creative work across platforms
