As a Field Engineer, you will be the vital link between our on-site teams and our valued clients. You'll lead crews, ensuring the precise installation, meticulous maintenance, and proper startup of equipment, consistently delivering services that surpass customer expectations. Required Skills
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with crew members for the deployment of tools and services
- Liaise effectively with customers and shore-based Operations Managers
- Actively participate in finding solutions to complex technical problems through hands-on work at the rig site
- Prepare, document, and manage outbound and inbound equipment and products to and from the well site
- Provide support for tenders, including data analysis and cost estimates
- Perform invoicing activities accurately and efficiently
- Engage in job shadowing opportunities to develop a comprehensive understanding of the business
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (all fields), Engineering Technology, Mathematics, Chemistry, Geosciences, or a similar discipline
- Graduated within the last 36 months
- Achieved a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.75 on a scale of 4.0 (or equivalent)
- Fluent in written and spoken English, with excellent communication skills
- Legally entitled to work within Nigeria without company sponsorship or time restriction
- Possess good interpersonal skills, with an aptitude for teamwork and the ability to guide others
- Demonstrate good leadership, critical thinking, and numerical skills, as well as data analysis and project management abilities
