Key Responsibilities

  • Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Maintain a high level of integrity and attention to detail in all financial dealings.
  • Balance cash drawer daily and reconcile any discrepancies.
  • Promote bank products and services to customers.
  • Adhere to all banking policies and procedures.
  • Assist with other customer service duties as needed.

Qualifications

  • HND with an Upper Credit or Distinction.
  • Must have completed the NYSC program.
  • Previous banking or customer service experience is an added advantage.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills.
  • Good communication and customer service skills.
  • High level of integrity and attention to detail.
