Job Description

We are actively recruiting for dynamic and results-oriented Branch Managers to lead our teams at various locations. In this pivotal role, you will direct day-to-day operations, ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer service and driving sales and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and direct the branch team to align daily operations with strategic business objectives. Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate goals and provide guidance.
  • Design and implement strategies to increase foot traffic and enhance profitability. Work with Department Managers to achieve periodic sales margins and gross profit targets.
  • Collaborate with the Warehouse Manager and Buyer to optimize inventory levels. Ensure merchandise is ordered in line with reorder levels to reduce holding costs and prevent stockouts.
  • Implement effective loss prevention strategies to minimize shrinkage by working closely with relevant process owners.
  • Address customer and employee queries promptly. Support the training and development of branch personnel through coaching and performance monitoring.
  • Ensure staff adherence to company policies and procedures. Provide regular reports on store activities and participate in stock count exercises.
  • Drive and support E-commerce sales for the assigned branch.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of B.Sc./ HND in any related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of retail experience of which 5 years should be in leadership role
  • Must have NYSC Discharged/Exemption or Exclusion letter
  • Proven experience in retail management or as a Branch Manager.
  • Strong understanding of inventory management, loss prevention, and profit margins.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and time management skills.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and integrity.
  • Proficiency in reporting and presenting store performance data.
