Job Description

Thangals is actively seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Branch Manager to lead our prestigious Dubai Showroom. This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned professional with a profound understanding of the luxury jewellery retail landscape to drive sales, optimize operations, and foster an outstanding customer experience.

As a key leader, you will be instrumental in managing all aspects of the showroom, from strategic sales planning and team development to inventory management and customer engagement. Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily showroom operations to ensure efficiency and excellence.

Manage inventory, merchandising, and visual displays to enhance product presentation.
Maintain deep product knowledge of all jewellery collections.

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in Jewellery Retail.
At least 2 years of proven experience in a leadership or managerial role.
Prior UAE Retail Experience is preferred.
Demonstrated deep product knowledge and operational expertise.
Strong track record in sales and team leadership.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to drive business growth and manage a luxury retail environment.
