We are actively seeking an exceptional AI-Native Brand Designer to join our team. This role requires a candidate with outstanding creative craft, an innate ability to imbue work with emotion, and the confidence to build robust systems leveraging AI, rather than merely incorporating it peripherally. You should possess a belief in replacing manual brand workflows with durable, AI-powered solutions, such as self-generating templates, soul-infused scalable campaigns, and pipelines that transform a single concept into all necessary applications.
Your expertise will span the entire brand ecosystem, including web, email, social media, paid advertising, packaging, and retail presence. You will conceptualize and execute campaigns for product launches, seasonal promotions, and ongoing performance marketing efforts. A key responsibility will be the development and maintenance of the brand system itself, encompassing components, templates, tokens, motion graphics, photography direction, and comprehensive guidelines to empower the wider organization.
This position is ideal for an individual who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, proactively brings solutions to the table, and is eager to own the daily voice and systems of Owlet's brand. You will collaborate closely with product design, growth, lifecycle marketing, and creative production teams, ensuring a cohesive and impactful brand presence.
Required Skills
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day brand voice and visual system across web, email, social, paid, packaging, and retail.
- Develop and execute campaign concepts for product launches, seasonal promotions, and performance marketing.
- Build and maintain the brand system, including components, templates, tokens, motion, and photography direction.
- Implement AI-powered workflows to compress timelines and multiply output without sacrificing craft.
- Partner closely with product design, growth, and lifecycle marketing teams.
Qualifications
- A designer who adds emotion to the work and understands the user's feelings.
- AI-native with experience in tools like Figma MCP and Claude.
- Excellent collaborator with strong empathy and a belief in teamwork.
- Experimental mindset with a high craft bar and a desire to push creative boundaries.
