Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Business Manager to spearhead growth and operational excellence within NoemDek’s Energy & Power division. This role offers a unique opportunity to lead strategic initiatives, manage key projects, and optimize operations across diverse energy ventures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute business strategy for the Energy & Power division
  • Lead growth initiatives and operational planning
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to drive innovation and expansion
  • Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and strategic collaborations to expand market presence
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and industry stakeholders
  • Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery
  • Manage budgets, timelines, and resource allocation
  • Implement frameworks to ensure high-quality execution
  • Identify new markets, partnerships, and investment opportunities
  • Represent the company in meetings with stakeholders, investors, and development partners

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or a related field
  • Master’s degree or MBA is an added advantage
  • 5 years of progressive experience in business management, operations, or commercial leadership roles, ideally within the energy, logistics, or technology sectors
  • Proven track record in business development, client relationship management, and operational oversight
  • Solid understanding of financial principles, budgeting, and performance management
  • Strong organizational, leadership, and decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
