Fortesoft Systems Limited-NIIT is seeking a dynamic Career Counsellor to join their team and play a crucial role in guiding students and professionals toward successful tech careers.

In this role, you will be instrumental in promoting NIIT's comprehensive ICT programs through various outreach channels, including direct communication, calls, and targeted campaigns.

Your primary objective will be to drive enrollment by effectively converting leads into paying students and consistently meeting ambitious monthly targets.

You will provide expert advice on technology career paths and certifications, simplifying complex information for clients.

Additionally, you will host engaging open house sessions and offer personalized one-on-one guidance, ensuring clients understand the relevance and potential outcomes of their chosen courses.

Maintaining student engagement also involves following up on payments, negotiating flexible payment plans, and supporting tuition compliance.
