Job Description
ProDevs is actively seeking a diligent Cashier / Revenue Control Officer to join their team. This role is essential for maintaining the financial integrity of the company by ensuring disciplined cash handling, accurate reconciliation, and strict adherence to financial protocols.
You will be responsible for safeguarding company revenue, performing daily cash sweeps and reconciliations, and maintaining precise transaction logs. This role offers a structured pay system comprising a base salary and performance-based pay, with key performance indicators focused on same-day cash sweep, variance control, and audit compliance. Key Responsibilities
- Receive, record, and safeguard cash and payment transactions
- Perform same-day cash sweeps and reconciliations
- Maintain accurate daily transaction logs and reports
- Identify and immediately report discrepancies or irregularities
- Ensure strict compliance with cash handling procedures
- Support audit checks and internal control reviews
- Maintain secure custody of funds and financial documents

Qualifications
- OND/HND/Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in cashiering, revenue control, or finance support
- Strong numerical and reconciliation skills
- High integrity and attention to detail
- Ability to work under strict cash control procedures
- Basic knowledge of accounting tools or POS systems
- Strong organizational and record-keeping skills

- Base Salary: 75% of total compensation
- Performance Pay: 25% of total compensation
