Job Description
Credun Consulting is seeking a dedicated Site Supervisory Engineer to join our operations in Port Harcourt.
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to project plans, quality standards, and safety regulations. Your primary focus will be on the efficient execution of construction tasks, managing site personnel, and ensuring the successful completion of projects within the real estate sector.

Required Skills
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage all on-site construction activities.
- Ensure that construction work is performed according to design specifications and quality standards.
- Monitor site safety and enforce safety regulations to prevent accidents.
- Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Manage on-site personnel, including laborers and subcontractors.
- Inspect work progress and ensure timely completion of project milestones.
- Maintain accurate site records and reports.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
- 3-10+ years of professional experience in site supervision and construction.
- Experience in the real estate or construction industry is a significant advantage.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and blueprints.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety standards.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage and motivate a team.
