Job Description
Our client, a progressive real estate development company, is seeking an experienced Site Engineer (Supervisor) to lead and manage construction projects with a focus on quality and efficiency.
This hands-on role requires a leader who can ensure that all site operations align with approved drawings, safety regulations, and building codes.
You will be instrumental in coordinating teams, managing resources, and maintaining a safe working environment.

Required Skills
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily site operations to ensure work aligns with approved drawings.
- Coordinate subcontractors, artisans, and suppliers effectively.
- Enforce quality control, safety standards, and building code compliance.
- Track material usage, minimize wastage, and support cost control efforts.
- Provide regular progress reports to the project manager.
- Lead toolbox talks and maintain a zero-incident safety culture.
Qualifications
- B.Sc/HND in Civil Engineering, Building Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of site supervision experience, preferably in residential real estate.
- Strong knowledge of Nigerian building regulations and construction methods.
- Proficient in MS Office; AutoCAD skills are a plus.
- COREN membership is an added advantage.
- Demonstrated leadership and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills at all levels.
