Job Description
JobMagnet Africa is recruiting on behalf of our client, a distinguished real estate company, for a skilled Civil Engineer. This role is crucial for the planning, design, and execution of construction and infrastructure projects.
You will be responsible for preparing project schedules, cost estimates, and technical reports, while also supervising site activities to ensure compliance with specifications and safety standards. Effective coordination with contractors, architects, and other stakeholders is essential for project success.

Required Skills
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, design, and oversee construction and infrastructure projects.
- Prepare project schedules, cost estimates, and technical reports.
- Supervise site activities to ensure compliance with specifications and safety standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, architects, and other stakeholders.
- Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues.
- Ensure projects are completed within budget and timeline.
- Maintain quality control and adherence to regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
- Proficiency in engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar tools).
- Excellent problem-solving and project management skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Must reside within the Lekki–Ajah axis.
