Job Description
We are actively seeking a dedicated and proactive Clinical Service Officer to become an integral part of our expanding team.
In this vital role, you will be instrumental in supporting the successful launch of new pharmaceutical products. Your responsibilities will include providing crucial clinical guidance and engaging with healthcare professionals to ensure the effective adoption and utilization of our offerings.
Key duties involve supporting the planning and execution of new product launches, delivering comprehensive clinical information and training on company products to healthcare providers, and cultivating strong relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and other medical practitioners.
You will also be responsible for conducting clinical presentations and product demonstrations, gathering valuable feedback from the field to inform product improvements, and collaborating closely with our sales and marketing departments to drive product success.

Required Skills

Qualifications
- Degree in Pharmacy, Nursing, Lab Scientist, Public health or any other health related course.
- Must have completed NYSC
- Relevant clinical or healthcare experience is an added advantage
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Ability to understand and explain medical/clinical information clearly
- Computer literacy
- Good sense of dressing and professional appearance
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
