Job Description
Join a leading global technology company as a CNC Programmer/Operator in Calgary, Alberta. This permanent, full-time role offers the chance to contribute to energy innovation while working primarily day shifts, with potential for overtime and rotating shifts.
In this position, you will be responsible for machining various parts according to current orders, meticulously reading and understanding technical drawings, dimensions, and tolerances. You will set up, operate, and unload CNC machinery efficiently and safely, ensuring the production of high-quality components.
Your duties will also include maintaining a clean and safe work environment, collaborating with other CNC operators, and cross-training as needed. This role is based at our Calgary facility, offering a dynamic work experience.

Required Skills
Key Responsibilities
- Machine various parts according to current orders
- Read and understand drawings, dimensions, and tolerances
- Setup, machine, and offload parts efficiently
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Perform programming input/output with planning
- Load and unload machines safely and efficiently
- Work collaboratively with other CNC operators
- Assist and cross-train team members when necessary
- Verify dimensions based on provided tolerances
Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years of CNC/Lathe experience
- Experience working with machinery and power tools
- Understanding of G-code programming
