You will be instrumental in shaping Custify's brand narrative across all digital platforms. This includes crafting engaging website content, managing and growing our social media presence, and conceptualizing impactful marketing campaigns. Required Skills
Key Responsibilities
- Create high-quality website content including landing pages, blog posts, product pages, FAQs, and case studies
- Optimize content for SEO, clarity, and conversion
- Maintain a consistent brand voice across all written materials
- Plan, create, and manage social media content across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, X, etc.)
- Design and execute brand awareness and lead-generation campaigns
- Monitor trends and adapt content strategy accordingly
- Leverage AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, image/video generators, analytics tools) to ideate, create, and optimize content
- Experiment with AI for user engagement, feedback collection, and personalization
- Interface with users and communities using AI-powered insights
- Bring fresh ideas for campaigns, partnerships, and growth opportunities
- Collaborate with founders and product teams on messaging and positioning
- Analyze content performance and continuously improve strategy
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a content creator, content marketer, or social media manager
- Strong writing skills with the ability to adapt tone and style
- Experience using AI tools for content creation or marketing
- Understanding of digital marketing, SEO, and social media growth
- Creative thinker with a data-driven mindset
