Dangote Sugar Refinery is seeking a dynamic and experienced Corporate Affairs Manager to lead its strategic communications and reputation management efforts. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement integrated marketing communication (IMC) and digital media plans.
- Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels.
- Manage relationships with PR and communication agencies.
- Secure press coverage and write press releases.
- Collaborate on internal communication strategies.
- Oversee content creation for social media and internal platforms.
- Drive influencer marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate CSR initiatives and community engagement activities.
- Track and report on PR and media impact using KPIs.
- Mentor team members and conduct KPI reviews.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
- Master’s degree or professional certification in Corporate Communications, Public Relations, or Marketing is a plus.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in Corporate Affairs, Public Relations, or Strategic Communications.
- At least 5 years in a managerial or leadership role.
- Proven track record in managing corporate reputation, media relations, and CSR initiatives.
- Strong Public Relations and corporate communications skills.
- Excellent team management, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinking, business acumen, and problem-solving ability.
- Ability to manage cross-functional collaboration and drive results.
- High level of self-motivation, enthusiasm, and integrity.
- Objectivity and confidentiality in all dealings.
