Job Description
Ontime Healthcare is seeking a skilled Cost Estimator with proven experience in the Fitout Industry and a strong understanding of the UAE market. This role is essential for accurately evaluating project costs and ensuring they align with budgetary requirements and client expectations.
Your responsibilities will include preparing detailed and accurate cost estimates for fitout projects, based on comprehensive analysis of project plans and specifications. You will conduct thorough evaluations of materials, labor, and subcontractor costs, leveraging your knowledge of the local UAE market.
Collaboration is key; you will work closely with project managers, architects, and engineers to gain a deep understanding of project requirements and constraints. You will also be responsible for monitoring market trends, updating cost databases, and supporting tendering and bidding processes by providing essential cost estimates and documentation.

- Proficient in estimating software and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
