- Pitch and write daily/weekly stories across music, film, TV, fashion, celebrity, nightlife, internet culture, and more.
- Create SEO-friendly headlines and content that performs on web and social.
- Conduct interviews with artists, influencers, and newsmakers.
- Repackage trending stories quickly with a fresh Pulse angle.
- Fact-check and deliver clean, publication-ready copy under tight deadlines.
Qualifications
- 1–3+ years writing experience (digital media, blogs, entertainment preferred).
- Excellent command of English; strong voice and storytelling ability.
- Deep knowledge of Nigerian and global pop culture.
- Comfortable writing listicles, features, news, and opinion pieces.
- Speed, accuracy, and ability to work in a fast newsroom environment.
