Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and professional Customer Service Officer to serve as the primary point of contact for our valued clients in Port Harcourt.

In this full-time role, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional service delivery, maintaining high customer satisfaction levels, and building strong, lasting relationships with legal professionals and corporate clients.

You will handle client inquiries, resolve technical and service issues, provide comprehensive product support, and serve as a trusted advisor to our customers. Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communication or a related discipline
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a customer service role (LegalTech experience is an advantage)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Good time management and organisational skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail
  • Experience in legal tech, SaaS, IT solutions, or professional services is highly preferred
  • Proven track record of delivering excellent customer service
  • Strong business acumen and revenue-driven mindset.
