YouFloral is looking for a dedicated Customer Support professional to join our remote team.

In this full-time role, you will be the primary point of contact for our valued customers, ensuring they receive exceptional service. Your responsibilities will include answering inquiries about floral needs, conducting brief consultations for DIY brides, coordinating with couriers for timely deliveries, and liaising with our warehouse for stock checks and last-minute substitutions.
