Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cyber Security Lead to join our innovative team at SNP Cloud Technologies. This critical role involves leading the charge in protecting our organization's digital infrastructure from evolving cyber threats.

As a Cyber Security Lead, you will be responsible for conducting in-depth analysis of security incidents, identifying root causes, and developing effective remediation strategies. Your expertise will be vital in combating advanced persistent threats and human adversary compromises.

You will leverage your strong reverse engineering skills, including familiarity with debuggers, disassemblers, and various analysis tools, to understand and counter malware threats. Your ability to analyze complex data, identify patterns, and present findings clearly will be essential.

This position requires a deep understanding of modern security challenges, operating system internals, and computer networking concepts. You will play a key role in enhancing our detection capabilities and ensuring a robust security posture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform in-depth analysis of security incidents to determine root causes, impacts, and develop remediation strategies.
  • Experience with advanced persistent threats, human adversary compromises and incident response.
  • Malware Analysis and Reversing.
  • Reverse Engineering skills: familiar with debuggers, disassemblers, network protocols, file formats, sandboxes, hardware/firmware internals, software communication mechanisms, Classification, clustering and labelling of Malware.
  • Excellent cross-group and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate business need for detection improvements.
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to identify patterns and trends.
  • Strong research skills, data knowledge, and ability to analyze and present complex data in a meaningful way.
  • Strong understanding of Cyber Security, modern security problems and threat landscape, Operating Systems (internals), computer networking concepts.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of professional experience solving business problems with technology solutions, preferably at an energy facility or related industry.
  • Preferred industry-recognized experience in security.
  • Knowledge of Advanced Techniques of Malware Analysis.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT security risk assessments and related frameworks (e.g., NIST 800 series, ISO 27000 series, IT General Controls).
  • Knowledge of Malware kill chain and MITRE ATT&CK techniques and tactics.
  • Strong knowledge of Azure/AWS Infrastructure services.
  • Superior written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and system design skills.
  • Self-motivated and directed, with the ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
