We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Executive to join our thriving FMCG company.

In this role, you will be instrumental in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our company's critical data. Your primary responsibility will involve accurately inputting, updating, and managing information within our various systems and databases. Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately enter, update, and verify data in spreadsheets, databases, and internal company systems.
  • Review data for any errors or inconsistencies and implement necessary corrections.
  • Generate basic reports as required to support departmental needs.
  • Organize and maintain both physical and electronic documents.
  • Collaborate with various departments to gather and confirm data accurately.

Qualifications

  • Minimum qualification of OND, HND, or a Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.
  • Previous experience in data entry or administrative roles is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other standard MS Office applications.
  • Demonstrated fast typing speed with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to data integrity.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
