Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Database Administrator to join our team and ensure the seamless operation of our critical data systems.
In this role, you will be responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining MS SQL Server databases, both on-premises and within cloud environments. Your expertise will be crucial in monitoring performance, optimizing databases through advanced tuning and indexing, and managing robust backup and recovery solutions to guarantee data integrity and high availability.
You will also implement essential security measures, including user access controls and data protection strategies. Performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting complex issues, and automating tasks using scripting tools will be key aspects of your daily responsibilities. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and the maintenance of accurate system documentation are also vital components of this position.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Database Administrator Associate, or other relevant certifications.
- 3+ years’ proven experience as a SQL Server DBA in a production environment.
- Experience with cloud database platforms, such as Azure SQL Database or Azure SQL Managed Instance.
- Knowledge of SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) for data transformation and loading.
- Familiarity with SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) or other reporting tools like Power BI.
