Job Description
We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Deal Management Specialist to join our dynamic team at Zedvance Finance. In this crucial role, you will oversee the entire lifecycle of commercial deals and partnerships, from initial structuring and approval to execution and ongoing monitoring.
Your primary responsibility will be to act as the central point of coordination, ensuring seamless collaboration between Legal, Risk, Finance, Operations, and Business teams. You will be instrumental in driving the efficient and compliant delivery of commercial agreements, contributing directly to the company's growth and success.

Required Skills
Key Responsibilities
- Support the structuring of new business deals, partnerships, and commercial arrangements.
- Prepare deal summaries, approval memos, and commercial documentation for internal governance processes.
- Work closely with Legal and Risk teams to ensure deal terms are clear, compliant, and executable.
- Coordinate internal stakeholders to ensure timely execution of approved deals.
- Track deal milestones, deliverables, and obligations across teams.
- Serve as the primary internal contact for deal-related execution issues.
- Identify and resolve bottlenecks affecting deal delivery.
- Monitor the performance of active deals against agreed commercial, operational, and risk parameters.
- Flag emerging risks, underperformance, or compliance issues early.
- Support renegotiation, restructuring, or exit of deals where required.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for all deals.
- Prepare periodic deal performance and status reports for management.
- Ensure adherence to internal policies, approval frameworks, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Law, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3–6 years’ experience in deal management, commercial operations, partnerships, or a similar role.
- Experience working in financial services, fintech, lending, or structured partnerships is an advantage.
- Strong coordination and project management skills.
- Attention to detail and documentation discipline.
- Good understanding of commercial and financial concepts.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Clear written and verbal communication.
