Key Responsibilities
- Manage a diverse caseload of dispute resolution matters.
- Represent clients in legal proceedings, including litigation and arbitration.
- Provide expert legal advice and guidance to clients.
- Conduct legal research and prepare legal documents.
- Negotiate settlements and resolve disputes effectively.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files.
Qualifications
- 3-8 years of experience in dispute resolution.
- Strong understanding of legal principles and procedures.
- Excellent analytical, research, and communication skills.
- Commitment to ethical practice and client advocacy.
- Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) required; Master's degree (LLM) preferred.
