Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and driven individuals to join our team as Graduate Engineer Trainees.
This program offers a comprehensive introduction to the engineering and operational aspects of our mining environment. You will gain invaluable hands-on experience, working alongside seasoned professionals to support maintenance, troubleshoot equipment issues, and contribute to efficiency improvements.
Key responsibilities include assisting in the planning and execution of preventive and corrective maintenance, learning and adhering to stringent safety standards, and collaborating with teams to optimize plant performance.
This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates to launch their careers and develop essential skills in a dynamic industrial setting.

Required Skills
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in structured training across engineering and plant operations.
- Support maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of equipment.
- Assist in preventive and corrective maintenance planning.
- Learn safety standards and operational processes in a mining environment.
- Work with teams to improve plant performance and efficiency.
Qualifications
- B.Eng, B.Tech, or HND in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or related field).
- 0–2 years experience (fresh graduates can apply).
- Strong technical, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Candidates close to Kaduna, Nasarawa, Niger, or Abuja are preferred.
