Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, manage, and support a remote-first, full-stack engineering team through hiring, coaching, mentoring, feedback, and career development.
  • Nurture and champion a collaborative engineering culture that values feedback, craft, and quality.
  • Guide the team in making high-integrity technical decisions, developing sustainable architecture, and evolving near and long-term strategy.
  • Collaborate to continuously improve the team's agile practices, delivery cadence, ways of working, and learning approach.
  • Work closely with the team and cross-functional peers to enable sustainable and timely delivery of technical solutions.
  • Provide context, support, and guidance as the team works toward driving business outcomes.
  • Engage with the VP of Engineering and the broader leadership team to set up the Kooth engineering team for future growth and success.

  • Successfully led and managed healthy full-stack engineering teams in a remote environment, collaborating across geographies and timezones.
