Job Description
We are urgently seeking a dedicated Male Facility Manager to join our team on the island, specifically in the Ikate Elegushi area.
This is a full-time, on-site position responsible for the comprehensive management and maintenance of our short-let apartment property. The ideal candidate will ensure all facilities are in excellent condition, providing a superior experience for our guests.

- Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of the short-let apartment.
- Ensure all facilities are clean, safe, and in good working order.
- Manage and coordinate repairs and maintenance services.
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any facility-related issues promptly.
- Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and security regulations.
Qualifications
- Must be a graduate.
- Proven experience in facility management.
- Strong understanding of building systems and maintenance.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Must be male.
