Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Facility Officer to join our team. This role is essential for maintaining the operational integrity and functionality of our office spaces and related services.

Your primary responsibilities will include overseeing routine maintenance and repairs for buildings and equipment, supervising external vendors and contractors, and monitoring utility consumption. You will also ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards, maintain accurate asset registers and maintenance logs, and support office logistics, including space planning.

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

  • B.Sc. or HND in Estate Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in facility management, preferably within the Oil & Gas sector.
  • Basic knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, and plumbing).
  • Strong vendor management and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and facility management software.
