Job Description
We are seeking a diligent and qualified Facility Manager to oversee the infrastructure and facilities of our large-scale mechanised farm in Imeko, Ogun State. This permanent position requires an individual with a strong background in civil engineering to ensure the optimal functioning, safety, and maintenance of all farm buildings, equipment, and grounds.
You will be responsible for implementing effective facility management strategies, managing maintenance schedules, and ensuring a safe and efficient operational environment. If you are a hands-on professional with a commitment to operational excellence, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise all aspects of farm facility maintenance and repairs.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs for buildings and equipment.
- Oversee infrastructure projects, including construction and renovation.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Manage relationships with contractors and service providers.
- Monitor utility consumption and implement energy-saving initiatives.
- Prepare and manage the facility maintenance budget.
Qualifications
- HND/BSc in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in facility management or civil engineering.
