Job Description
We are actively recruiting for a Female Fashion Design Supervisor to join our team in Lekki, Lagos. This role offers a unique opportunity to lead and inspire a team within a vibrant fashion retail environment.
As a supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales performance. Your leadership will be key in training and motivating the team, maintaining visual merchandising standards, and managing inventory effectively. You will also be involved in basic financial reporting and ensuring adherence to company policies.

Required Skills
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead the fashion design team.
- Ensure high standards of customer service and client engagement.
- Manage inventory levels and assist with stock control.
- Train and mentor team members on product knowledge, styling, and sales techniques.
- Contribute to visual merchandising and store presentation.
- Track sales performance and generate basic reports.
- Maintain a polished and fashionable store environment.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Must be female.
- Proven supervisory or leadership experience in fashion retail, or high-end apparel.
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to inspire, train, and manage a team effectively.
- Genuine passion for fashion, trends, styling, and luxury retail.
- Excellent customer service skills and a polished, fashionable personal presentation.
- Good numerical skills for sales tracking, inventory, and basic financial reporting.
- Computer literate with solid proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Smart, confident communication skills (verbal & written English) and a warm, approachable personality.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- OND / HND / Bachelor's degree preferred.
