We are seeking a Female Fashion Design Supervisor for our location in Lekki, Lagos. This role comes with accommodation and involves leading a team in a high-end fashion retail setting, operating Monday through Saturday.
As a supervisor, you will be responsible for inspiring and managing your team, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining the brand's polished image. - Supervise and lead a team of fashion retail staff
- Inspire, train, and manage team members effectively
- Ensure a high level of customer service and client satisfaction

Qualifications
- Must be female
- Proven supervisory or leadership experience in fashion retail or high-end apparel
- Strong leadership presence
- Genuine passion for fashion, trends, and styling
- Excellent customer service skills
- Good numerical skills for sales tracking and inventory
- Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Smart, confident communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- OND / HND / Bachelor's degree preferred
