Certora is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Finance Student Intern to join our team for a part-time position, primarily based in our Ramat-Gan, Israel offices. This internship offers a fantastic opportunity to gain practical experience in various facets of financial analysis, reporting, and accounting within a leading Web3 security firm.

In this role, you will assist with the preparation of financial statements and reports, support budgeting and budgetary control tasks, and ensure the company's compliance in diverse business scenarios. You will also be responsible for ad-hoc projects and provide essential support to the finance team with daily operations and administrative duties. This position is ideal for a student eager to apply their academic knowledge in a real-world setting and contribute to a fast-paced startup environment.

We are looking for candidates with strong English communication skills, excellent analytical abilities, and proficiency in AI tools, Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Slides. A keen interest in finance and startups, coupled with a willingness to learn and adopt new tools, is essential. A positive 'can-do' attitude is a must for this role.
