Job Description
Caiz is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance & Treasury Operations Specialist to join our innovative team. In this role, you will be instrumental in managing the day-to-day financial activities and overseeing our digital asset and fiat treasury operations. Your responsibilities will include managing multi-currency cash flows, optimizing exchange liquidity, handling wallet movements, and ensuring the overall treasury execution is compliant and financially sound.
You will play a key part in maintaining the integrity of our crypto and fiat operations, supporting token treasury planning, and implementing funding strategies. Required Skills
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day treasury operations, including movement of digital assets and fiat across wallets, banks, and exchanges.
- Monitor and optimize liquidity positions across internal and external accounts, including centralized and decentralized wallets.
- Reconcile crypto and fiat balances and ensure accurate accounting of digital assets.
- Support token treasury planning and implement funding strategies aligned with operational and strategic needs.
- Assist with preparation of financial reports, forecasts, and dashboards for internal stakeholders and management.
- Maintain relationships with banking partners, custodians, exchanges, and OTC desks.
- Monitor exchange rates, token prices, transaction fees, and optimize fund allocation and transfer timing.
- Ensure adherence to internal financial controls, audit requirements, and regulatory guidelines for crypto treasury operations.
- Collaborate with compliance, legal, and product teams on risk mitigation, wallet security, and reporting obligations.
- Coordinate with accounting teams to ensure accurate ledger entries for all transactions.
Qualifications
- 3–5+ years of experience in finance, treasury operations, or accounting, preferably in fintech, crypto, or blockchain companies.
- Strong understanding of digital assets, wallets (hot/cold), exchange operations, and token economics.
- Hands-on experience with crypto payments, swaps, transfers, and wallet management platforms.
- Familiarity with fiat treasury and banking processes, wire transfers, and reconciliation workflows.
- Strong analytical and Excel/financial modeling skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, tech-driven, and globally distributed team.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Fluent in English.
