Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and qualify suppliers, including administrative and technical document collection and analysis.
  • Update dashboards, monitor key performance indicators, and analyze procurement data for regular reporting.
  • Draft and manage purchase requests and orders, ensuring internal validations and supplier communication.
  • Support the preparation and analysis of consultations (RFPs/sourcing) and vendor exchanges.
  • Assist in drafting and modifying contract amendments and legal documents.
  • Monitor project progress, deliverables, and supplier performance, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Contribute to the consolidation of procurement information and preparation of follow-up materials.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Procurement (Bac+5) from a business school.
  • Seeking a 12-month apprenticeship with a 3 weeks in company/1 week training rhythm.
  • Basic knowledge of the procurement process (tenders, orders, supplier follow-up).
  • Developed analytical and synthesis skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); Power BI knowledge is a plus.
  • Autonomy, rigor, and strong team spirit.
  • Good writing skills and professional proficiency in English.
  • Basic knowledge of Spanish is an advantage.
