Job Description
We are seeking experienced Full Stack Developers with strong expertise in NestJS and Next.js to join our growing technology team at a leading Pan-African bank in Abuja. This is a full-time, on-site role offering a net monthly salary of ₦1,000,000.
In this comprehensive role, you will be responsible for the entire development lifecycle, from designing robust back-end services with NestJS to building dynamic and responsive front-end applications with Next.js. You will work on complex features, ensuring seamless integration between the client and server sides, and contributing to the overall architecture and performance of our systems. We are looking for developers who can deliver end-to-end solutions with precision and efficiency.

Required Skills
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain server-side logic using NestJS.
- Build and optimize user-facing features using Next.js.
- Develop and manage databases and APIs.
- Ensure code quality, performance, and scalability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and ship new features.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in full stack development.
- Proficiency in NestJS and Node.js for back-end development.
- Strong experience with Next.js and React for front-end development.
- Experience with database technologies (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Ability to work effectively in a full-time, on-site environment in Abuja.
