Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and publish daily and weekly content across key platforms including LinkedIn, Twitter/X, and Instagram using social media management tools.
  • Actively respond to comments, messages, and mentions within specified business hours in an on-brand manner.
  • Develop platform-specific content strategies aligned with the marketing calendar, identifying real-time trends for timely content creation.
  • Monitor social metrics (reach, engagement, follower growth, click-through) and produce weekly reports to optimize inbound leads and profile visits.
  • Partner with the Content Marketer to repurpose long-form content and collaborate with the Brand Designer for visual assets.
  • Proactively manage and moderate an engaged online following to cultivate a loyal community from standard social media interactions.

Qualifications

  • 3 to 5 years of experience successfully managing business social media accounts with measurable results in engagement and audience growth.
  • Exceptional copywriting and written communication skills, with the ability to write in a clear, human, and professional brand voice.
  • High familiarity with social media scheduling and analytics tools such as Buffer, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or native platform analytics.
  • Demonstrated ability to independently repurpose, format, and adapt complex content across different platform constraints and character limits.
  • Strict commitment to maintaining 100% scheduled posting consistency across all active channels.
  • Prior experience managing social media specifically for B2B or technology brands (preferred).
  • Basic graphic design ability (Canva or similar) to independently create quick social assets when needed (preferred).
  • Practical familiarity with paid social media frameworks, including LinkedIn Ads and Meta Ads (preferred).
