Be-pay is seeking a highly skilled Graphic & Motion Designer with specialized experience in the Web3 and Fintech sectors. This remote role is critical for shaping our brand's visual identity and driving engagement through compelling creative assets.
In this position, you will be responsible for creating eye-catching social media content, product explainers, and ad creatives. You will own the brand's premium aesthetic across all platforms and collaborate closely with Product and Marketing teams to launch campaigns that achieve high conversion rates in a fast-paced startup environment.

- Create thumb-stopping social media content, product explainers, and ad creatives.
- Maintain and evolve a premium 'Fintech-meets-Crypto' aesthetic across all platforms.
- Collaborate with Product and Marketing teams to launch high-conversion campaigns.
- Deliver pixel-perfect static and motion design work.
- Ensure absolute precision in typography, layout, and visual hierarchy.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of proven experience in graphic and motion design.
- A strong portfolio showcasing both static and motion design work.
- 3+ years of experience specifically within the Web3 or Fintech industries.
- Deep understanding of crypto trends and fintech standards.
- Exceptional attention to detail in typography, layout, and visual hierarchy.
- Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Figma.
