Job Description
Hadley Designs is actively seeking a talented Creative Designer to elevate our e-commerce presence. This role is integral to crafting visually stunning and high-quality designs that significantly enhance our brand's appeal and customer engagement.
As a key member of our creative team, you will be instrumental in bringing our brand vision to life through compelling visual narratives. We are looking for a creative professional who is passionate about design and eager to make a substantial impact within a rapidly growing company.

Required Skills
Key Responsibilities
- Creation of high-quality, error-free design assets for advertising and marketing campaigns.
- Maintaining consistency in typography, color schemes, and layout across all platforms.
- Regular updates and design of storefront assets for Amazon, Shopify, and other platforms.
- Designing A+ Content templates and custom brand image ads.
- Handling urgent design needs for product launches and special projects.
- Working closely with leadership to ensure deadlines are met and projects are delivered on time.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of professional experience in graphic design or related fields, with a strong portfolio.
- Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, with a strong grasp of CMYK color management and print-ready file preparation.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality visuals with minimal revisions.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Comfortable receiving and implementing feedback while maintaining a high standard of work.
- Creative, collaborative, and self-driven, motivated by quality and continuous improvement.
