Job Description

HR SOL Consulting is seeking a talented and experienced Creative Design Manager to lead our design initiatives and elevate our brand's visual identity.

In this role, you will be responsible for guiding the design team in creating compelling visual assets for marketing, branding, and communication purposes.

You will ensure that all designs align with brand guidelines and effectively convey our message to target audiences.

This hybrid position offers a flexible work arrangement, combining essential onsite collaboration with the flexibility of remote workdays.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of graphic designers, providing creative direction and feedback.
Develop and maintain brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all visual materials.
Oversee the creation of design assets for various platforms, including digital, print, and social media.
Collaborate with marketing and other departments to understand design needs and objectives.
Manage design projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery.
Stay updated on design trends and emerging technologies to inform creative strategies.
Ensure all designs are visually appealing, effective, and aligned with brand messaging.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing creative work.
Experience in leading or managing a design team.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Strong understanding of branding, typography, and layout principles.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
