Job Description

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join a dynamic consumer brand in the beauty and personal care sector. This role is crucial for supporting the brand's daily creative needs across digital, retail, and marketing channels, with a strong emphasis on execution, consistency, and compelling visual storytelling.

In this position, you will be responsible for designing a wide range of assets, including social media graphics, email campaigns, web visuals, presentations, marketing collateral, and packaging support. You will translate creative briefs and feedback into polished, production-ready designs, ensuring seamless brand consistency across all touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design assets for digital and print channels, including social media, email, web graphics, presentations, marketing collateral, and packaging support.
  • Execute creative concepts while maintaining strict brand consistency across all platforms.
  • Translate creative briefs, direction, and feedback into polished, production-ready designs.
  • Support campaign and product launches, as well as evergreen initiatives, with meticulous attention to detail and prompt turnaround times.
  • Adapt and optimize creative assets for various formats and placements, ensuring consistent visual quality.
  • Support retail marketing efforts by designing POS materials, signage, displays, and promotional assets.
  • Prepare print-ready files and liaise with vendors to ensure accurate production specifications.
  • Assist with seasonal and retailer-specific creative adaptations while upholding brand standards.
  • Ensure all retail and brand assets align consistently with established brand guidelines and visual systems.
  • Collaborate effectively with creative, marketing, sales, and leadership teams.
  • Manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously while maintaining high quality standards.
  • Participate in creative reviews and efficiently implement feedback without compromising creative intent.
  • Support handoffs, approvals, and versioning processes across different teams.
  • Maintain organized design files and digital asset libraries.
  • Adhere to strong file naming conventions, version control, and archival practices.
  • Provide support for resizing, exporting, and light production needs for daily creative output.

Qualifications

  • 3-4 years of professional graphic design experience, either in-house or at an agency.
  • Prior experience in the beauty, lifestyle, or CPG industries is highly preferred.
  • Experience working with food brands is considered a bonus.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating brand-focused design, excellent layout skills, typography, and a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
  • A solid understanding of composition, visual hierarchy, and color theory.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the proven ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • The capacity to receive feedback constructively, iterate quickly, and consistently deliver clean, final outputs.
  • Strong collaboration, ownership, and follow-through skills in a high-feedback environment.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of current design trends, including AI and modern design elements.
