Job Description
We are seeking a strategic Group Head of Admin and Finance to lead financial, accounting, and administrative operations across our real estate portfolio.
In this role, you will develop and implement financial strategies, prepare financial reports, and ensure compliance with IFRS and Nigerian tax laws.
You will also identify and secure funding for projects, oversee financial close processes, and strengthen internal controls and risk management systems.

Required Skills
Key Responsibilities
- Lead finance, accounting, and administration across the organization and subsidiaries
- Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with corporate goals
- Prepare financial reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for management and Board
- Ensure compliance with IFRS, Nigerian tax laws, audit, and internal controls
- Identify and secure funding for projects and strategic initiatives
- Oversee month-end and year-end financial close processes
- Supervise accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and treasury operations
- Strengthen internal controls and risk management systems
- Drive process improvement and operational efficiency
Qualifications
- Degree in Finance or Accounting (MBA is an advantage)
- 10+ years progressive finance/accounting experience in real estate
- 5+ years in senior leadership role
- Proven experience in project financing and fundraising (banks, PE, institutional investors)
- Strong real estate project accounting and valuation experience
- Strong knowledge of IFRS, NFRS, CAMA, SEC regulations, and Nigerian tax laws
- ICAN, ACCA, ACA or equivalent professional certification preferred
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- MBA with Finance specialization is an advantage
