Job Description
Bridgegap Consults is seeking an experienced and strategic Head, Human Resources to lead our HR function in Lekki, Lagos.
As a dynamic consulting firm, we are looking for a leader to drive organizational growth and foster a high-performance culture through effective people management.
Key responsibilities include leading and overseeing the full HR function, developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with business goals, managing talent acquisition, employee engagement, and retention initiatives, and ensuring compliance with labor laws.
