We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Legal & Compliance to lead our legal department and oversee all compliance initiatives. This senior role is crucial for safeguarding the organization's legal interests and ensuring adherence to regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the legal department, providing strategic direction.
- Develop, implement, and monitor comprehensive compliance programs.
- Oversee all legal matters, including contracts, litigation, and regulatory affairs.
- Advise senior management on legal and compliance risks and strategies.
- Ensure adherence to all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Manage external legal counsel and other service providers.

Qualifications
- Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) and Barrister at Law (B.L.) qualifications.
- Active member of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA).
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive legal experience.
- At least 5 years in a legal leadership or management role.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing compliance programs.
- Strong understanding of corporate law, regulatory frameworks, and risk management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
