Job Description
PRYSM Facility Management is seeking an experienced Head of Security to oversee all security operations at our Ikeja, Lagos location.
In this leadership role, you will be responsible for managing all security staff and activities, ensuring the safety and security of our premises, personnel, and property. You will ensure strict adherence to security rules, handle any security issues that arise, and coordinate with police or emergency services when necessary. Regular reporting on security status and incidents to management is a key part of this position.
This role offers a competitive salary range of ₦200,000-₦250,000 per month, along with an HMO benefit. We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in security management and a commitment to maintaining a safe environment.
