Job Description
We are seeking two experienced and highly responsible Hotel Managers to oversee operations at a premium 45-room residential hotel located in the heart of Lekki Phase 1.
This part-time position requires individuals who can ensure smooth daily operations, manage staff effectively, and provide exceptional guest experiences. You will be responsible for guest check-ins/outs, handling inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise.

Required Skills
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the hotel.
- Manage housekeeping, security, and maintenance staff.
- Handle guest relations, including check-ins and check-outs.
- Address and resolve guest complaints promptly and professionally.
- Ensure high standards of service and cleanliness.
- Maintain a safe and secure environment for guests and staff.
Qualifications
- Proven experience managing a boutique hotel or short-let apartment complex is advantageous.
- Open to candidates with no direct hotel management experience but with strong transferable skills and a fast learning ability.
- Must possess excellent driving skills and a valid driver’s license.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
