Job Description

We are seeking two experienced and highly responsible Hotel Managers to oversee operations at a premium 45-room residential hotel located in the heart of Lekki Phase 1.

This part-time position requires individuals who can ensure smooth daily operations, manage staff effectively, and provide exceptional guest experiences. You will be responsible for guest check-ins/outs, handling inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of the hotel.

Qualifications

Proven experience managing a boutique hotel or short-let apartment complex is advantageous.
Open to candidates with no direct hotel management experience but with strong transferable skills and a fast learning ability.
Must possess excellent driving skills and a valid driver’s license.
Strong leadership skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
