Job Description

XLHomes Realty is seeking a dedicated Porter to manage and enhance the guest experience at our short-let apartments located in Perez Court, Surulere, Lagos.

In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for guests, ensuring their comfort and safety. Responsibilities include welcoming guests, maintaining the apartment's pristine condition, monitoring for security, and reporting any maintenance needs promptly.

We are looking for a responsible and trustworthy individual with strong communication skills. Previous experience as a porter or caretaker is beneficial but not essential. The ideal candidate will be willing to live permanently at the property.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome and assist guests upon arrival and throughout their stay.

Maintain the overall cleanliness and upkeep of the apartment premises.

Qualifications

Must be responsible and trustworthy.
Possess good communication skills.
Previous experience as a porter or caretaker is an advantage.
