Job Description

SCIDaR is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Intern to join our dedicated Talent team. This role provides a crucial opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions, supporting the daily operations and strategic objectives of our organization. You will assist in managing HR-related tasks, contributing to a positive and efficient work environment for all staff. Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Talent team in day-to-day HR operations.
  • Assist with administrative tasks related to HR functions.
  • Help manage HR-related needs and develop solutions aligned with SCIDaR objectives.
  • Provide support in areas such as training, recruitment, and event planning.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Perform other assigned tasks as required.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or other Social Science disciplines.
  • Demonstrated interest in building a career in human resources.
  • Familiarity with filing and archiving, training, recruitment, and event planning.
  • Advanced computer usage skills with proficiency in Microsoft® Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Proficiency with MS Office tools and Google Workspace.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent analytical, administrative, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive situations and maintain confidentiality.
  • Demonstrated good strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Fast learner, open to collaborative learning.
  • Results-oriented performer.
  • Knowledge of data analysis tools like Power BI is an added advantage.
